Adding passwordless OTP login to your Shopify store doesn’t have to be complicated. Head over to the Shopify App Store listing for Simplify My Login and click Install. You can also find it by searching “Simplify My Login” or “OTP Login” directly inside your Shopify Admin under Apps.
Once you click Install, Shopify will walk you through the standard app authorization process. Approve the required permissions and the app will be added to your store automatically.
After installation, you’ll land directly on the Simplify My Login admin page inside your Shopify dashboard, where you’ll see a guided setup checklist.

To use Simplify My Login (or any OTP login app), you need to switch your store to Legacy Customer Accounts.
